1. SOPPNOX is liable to execute the project successfully.
2. SOPPNOX will no longer be responsible for the miss-alignment or hacking of the website once the control panel password and FTP details are handed over to the customer.
3. Customer is liable to pay the amount mutually agreed by SOPPNOX and the customer.
4. SOPPNOX would not be held responsible for any financial disputes, if arrives due to online payments.
5. Domain Name and web space should be renewed annually.
6. The above said price is for the features mentioned, which can be varied as the order varies.
7. Website maintenance agreement should be renewed annually, if any.
8. Transportation Cost: During the Development of full project, transportation cost of SOPPNOX’s IT professionals for travelling to the client’s office outside Bangalore would be billed separately to the client on actual.
9. Validity of Proposal: 30 Days.
10. Transaction cost of Wire Transfer for all the payments needs to be borne by the client.
