Following are the terms & conditions for providing the Pay Per Click Management Service in relation to Client’s Google Adwords account.

• Contract continues on the monthly basis from the PPC project starting date until notice to conclude the project is issued.
• S-Oppnox Solutions or any other PPC consultant for that matter doesn’t receive any commission from Google or other search engines. Hence project set-up fee & monthly project management fees will be provided by the client and this will be decided during the proposal stage depending upon the complexity of your campaign.
• PPC Campaign set-up & optimization charges should be paid before activation of the campaign and monthly management payment will be billed to the client 30 days later work started. And monthly cycle is carried on afterwards.
• Cancellation of agreement is valid only when notice is received through email or written after the initial three months period. Cancellation will be accepted on date of actual receipt by S-Oppnox Solutions and will take effect at the end of that current thirty day period.
• Whether S-Oppnox creates a new Google Adwords account or has dual access to your current Google Adwords account neither S-Oppnox nor the client can change the login details throughout the duration without agreed by both. ( email or written consent)
• Throughout the project no tools, coding, new keywords and any knowledge gained cannot be used in any other Google Adwords Account the client may have.
• S-Oppnox will keep all the financial details provided by client as confidential during and after the project.
